Until September 13, the São Paulo Metro will promote a campaign on cervical cancer of the uterus, illness of more than 15,000 women in Brazil just last year.

To discuss with society about this disease, subway users may receive information and discuss with members of the Force Amiga movement in Sé stations, Paradise and Barra Funda.

Divided into different stages, the campaign provides activation in social networks, using the hashtag # ForçaAmiga, celebrity engagement, awareness of society through content in the electricity bill, in partnership with AES Eletropaulo, in partnership with AES Ergos, interventions in the São Paulo Metro and Poupatempo program, and dissemination of knowledge among experts, journalists, bloggers and influencers, to promote a comprehensive discussion on women’s health that needs to be prevented and which now has the disease, as 20% of them have inadequate therapeutic response to currently available technologies.

The movement is designed by Roche, in partnership with the following entities: Brazilian Society of Clinical Oncology (SBOC), the Brazilian Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FEBRASGO), the Brazilian Group of Gynaecological tumors – EVA, the Brazilian Association of Pathology Manner Lower and Colposcopy Genitário (ABPTGIC), the Brazilian Federation of Philanthropic Institutions to Support Breast Health (FEMAMA), the Oncoguia Institute, the Institute Side by Side for Life and the Movement All Together Against Cancer.
